thermostat was broken, hence no air, and desk apologetically could not help as maintenance was gone for the day

Always a great stay! Everyone from the valet to front desk to restaurant treats you like family. Everyone who works here is happy and very nice. Kudos to the owners/managers for creating a wonderful environment for their staff that trickles down to the guests!

Spa is closed until further notice and there is no longer a Starbucks on-site. It has been replaced by a juice & smoothie shop
