The person who checked me in was outstanding. She was friendly and called me “friend” which I love. She was a bright light and renewed my faith in customer service.

Staff were highly courteous and helpful. I got unlucky with bad neighbors who kept slamming their door. Staff gave me a new room and a free breakfast to make up for it.

Mixed feelings I liked the location and the rooms were clean but it was only partially renovated/updated. The light switches looked like they were from the 70s and the carpet was replaced but not cut properly so you could see the old carpet underneath. Also neither usb port by the nightstand worked.
