The guy at the check-in with glasses was amazing, and kind. The place has everything you could need, centrally located and walking distance to highlands areas as well as onsite 24/7 security, kitchen with all the appliances and a gym with the basics. Highly recommend.

Great location (except for being a block away from the homeless tent Street). Super nice staff and great room!

The hotel is ok overall. I found a large piece of food between my nightstand and bed the morning after we checked in. Also, I was told over the phone that we would be charged a $150 deposit and that parking would come out of that. We were actually temporarily charged an additional deposit for parking.
