Very clean throughout, room was comfortable and location is near downtown and ocean. The free parking was a plus! The Franciscan has become one of my favorite places to stay in Santa Barbara!

Wow ! what a nice suprise. A true gem. Great customer service. Clean room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Easy parking . And a fresh chocolate chip cookie upon arriving 😊
