The service was exceptional. We asked for a quiet room and were pleasantly surprised with our full experience. The hotel is well run and the staff seems to really care about helping guests have a pleasant experience

Someone attempt to come in my room twice after I said someone was in here and then they charge me twice on service parking. It was supposed to be 10 but they charge me 30.
