Had a problem with hot water but they fixed it right away

The area is a bit sketchy. Huge construction project across the street which was unpleasantly noisy. The hotel itself is great as are the staff however, I asked for silverware to be delivered to my room so I could eat my dinner leftovers and they were never delivered.
