The room was amazing, overlooking DFW airport, very clean and comfortable. Just don't eat at the restaurant, the food was amazing, but the service was pretty bad. There were only two servers, and I believe they use the same servers for room service so they disappear for quite a while. otherwise great place to stay.

Water main busted and was w/o water for 4 hrs. Got an early check-in (a plus) but couldn’t freshen up and go explore w/o water. Staff was great and was out of their control but was a massive issue.
