Water needs to be checked in. It goes from warm to cold to burning. The rest is great!

It’s billed as a four star hotel but it’s really not. It’s a bit grimey, service is ok at best. Gave me ‘get out’ vibes. Only good part, Kasumi restaurant was delicious.
