The staff was incredibly accommodating to a sensitive situation that required a delayed check out. Jay and Cheryl were so lovely and helpful. Will be back! Great views!

Room was fantastic, and the view of the WTC tower was impossible to beat. However, they are behind on some maintenance items. Doorhandles are falling off occasionally, and only one of their three elevators was working.

Room was dirty and outdated. Bar/Restaurant closed. This place has seen much better days.
