The operations manager, Joe Panarella, went above and beyond to make my stay superb. Given the hotel’s beautiful accommodations, location and service, it is now my go-to hotel in NYC.

They should know their beds and bedding is very uncomfortable. The pillows were lumpy chunks of foam and the sheets were so hard they stoop stay from your body when in the bed.

Every department I called NEVER picked up in a 3 day stay. Front desk, housekeeping, room service. Had to go to the front desk to request towels. One towel had blood stains. They are severely understaffed and poorly managed, I feel very bad for the hardworking employees at this hotel.
