The Westin is in the perfect location in Cleveland. 15 minutes or less walking to the Brown's Stadium, Gaurdians' Ballpark, Cav's Arena and the Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame

The service is at best mediocre, skipping cleaning the room, leaving a washcloth in the shower, or not refilling the coffee or a combination of all. Also, the steam from the bathroom will linger to a musty air in the room. I would jot say this hotel is luxe.
