Staff was super friendly and appreciated that the front desk gave me a coupon for a hot drink when my tea kettle didn’t work in my room. Also, shower head needs to be de-calcified. Water doesn’t flow with proper pressure. Otherwise, comfy bed and nice hotel! Next time I hope the rooftop bar will be open 😊

This hotel is perfect. The bed is very comfortable bed. The rooftop bar Thursday -Sunday has perfect spot for cbd pictures. The food was good in the restaurants. The check in was easy and excellent service. The transport to the ferry was flawless. I would stay here every time I’m in Brisbane.
