First time staying here and definitely not last! staff was the best! Received the most professional, responsive customer service. Traveling with a baby and a dog can be tough but they made it so easy and enjoyable, thank you!

Checking in took 40 minutes because the staff couldn’t find my reservation. I know they were trying their best but there should be a better protocol around this. My room smelled like terrible cheap cleaner and vomit. This was pretty awful and had to keep the windows open all night while drunk people were rather loud.
