All staff were beyond professional & super positive attitude!! The SPA services were excellent & will be a reason I frequent the Hotel this winter. The renovation is really quite beautiful, the new management is the best this hotel has ever had!!

Loved everything however the hotel room had a buzzing noise coming through which I did speak to reception however even after staying there a few days they didn’t fix it which was frustrating

The sliding door lock was broken anyone could open it, the shower floor was dirty. The TV did not work nor did the WiFi and i didn’t have a tv controller initially walking into the room i had to ask for one. I stayed only 1 out of the 2 nights on my stay
