Best hotel experience I’ve ever had! Everything was magical and creepy. Service was TOP Notch. Justin at the front desk was great. Couldn’t ask for anything else.

This is my go to hotel for a nice solo weekend away. Charming old school style, rich history, great restaurants and service. Will be coming back again and again.

"Overbooked" and tried to tell us to leave, I insisted on a room (because i knew they were lying, they dont like 3rd party bookings) and then purposely put us in a room above a party in the ballroom. They would do nothing about the extreme noise until midnight. Refunded our resort pass, manager was supposed to call us the next day, never did
