What a great stay! The entire staff was excellent, they put us in a great room per our request, very accommodating. Nice clean, spacious room with a great city view. Loved the shower!

I Didn’t understand the resort fee, I was asked for a $100 hold and told it would be returned to my card only for the hotel to take $46 from my $100 I’ve never heard of this and it’s very unfortunate with the times we live in.. time are to hard, the people need all our money.

Valet was very inattentive. Had to park to get their attention and unloaded our own bags out the vehicles while they just stood around and watched without offering any help . Room was ok, bed too low and way too soft, shower leaked water all over bathroom floor. Not impressed.
