Unacceptable that they charge you a historical preservation fee on top of what you paid for the reservation. Really annoying and deceptive

Pool was closed, restaurant/bar was closed. Picked this place because of the amenities and nothing was available. Hotel staff was friendly but couldn’t even call down to the front desk from the room.
