Check in was nice and smooth even though I was the last reservation to check in at 9pm. Jacuzzi was hot and open until 10 with nobody trying to close it early, bonus!

Late check in. Given keys to a room that someone was already in. I understand mistakes happen. But after a long day of travel to haul luggage from my car up the stairs to a room where someone was inside already, very uncomfortable.
