everything was a breeze, although I feel it was a little dishonest to advertise free Continental breakfast and then say it's closed for renovations and the first I hear about it was after checking in.

They gave us keys to an occupied room. It was embarrassing and uncomfortable for both me and the other room’s guest. Hotel staff showed little to no remorse.
