Check in is a disaster, different elevators is a drag but room and location and service is absolutely nothing to complain about.

Parking is in addition to the resort fee, even though he pool was closed the day we checked in

A fire alarm went off at 8pm and woke me up, had me walk 19 flights of stairs down and it appeared nothing was wrong. We asked the desk and got the response that sometimes that happens, and then they told us it was clear to go back up. No apologies or anything.
