The location is great! Time square and theaters are in walking distance. If you daring the subway is also close by. The hotel was accommodating by holding our luggage until check in.

Room was way too hot. Water was brown and smelly. They offered 50% off my bill. No shower. A disaster. I want you to try to get me a full credit. This was baaad.
