The location is superb! It’s walking distance to Kia Center and downtown Orlando. The hotel staff, Aidan, was very helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. Would stay again when in Orlando to catch a game.

Always a great time when I stay here! Kelly was accommodating as always making sure I was taken care of in every way. She is pleasant all throughout her 12-hr shift and seems to never tire. I always love to see her when I enter the lobby cause I know everything will go smoothly... Again, I had a great time.

My room door stop working at 11:00pm and i had to switch rooms without any of my items and had to wait until the next morning to get back in my room
