When we arrived, the hotel did not have a reservation for us. I had to pay the hotel for 3 rooms for one night while I sorted out the reservation with customer service. It took a couple of hours to rectify and cancel the charges for the rooms the hotel had me pay for. Your customer service did a good job, but it was inconvenient.
