Got upgraded to a River view room on the 8th floor, even though hotel was busy with a wedding and concertgoers. Gorgeous natural light, comfy bed and pillows, everything was clean and modern.

When I was checking out I had asked the front desk staff with regards to the 55 dollar hold and she said that’s for self parking. When I left I saw that it charged me again so even if it is pending the funds are not in my account.
