Upper floor rooms were exceptional for such a low rate - first class bed and towels and furnishings. Sports Bar was good and all the employees at all points were excellent. Check in and out times were as bad as it gets though - expect at least 30-45 minutes waits

Terrible check in staff could not take Apple Pay at front desk I had left my credit card behind and made it very difficult to check in. Had to go purchase visa gift cards in order to get into my room.
