This is one of those places that everyone should know about, the ambiance alone speaks for itself. The people who work here are staffed perfectly. I just stayed here a few weeks ago but my gf and I are already going back on Monday.

Great bed, quiet room (15th floor). Restaurant onsite is amazing and location is perfect for getting around. They did nickel and dime you - tried to charge $2 per bag to hold luggage after checkout even though I’m an IHG Rewards Member and my room was $700/night. That was annoying and cheap/bad service
