Check in was smooth, and front desk made proper accommodations for my stay since I had gotten hurt on my trip. Appreciate their kind staff! Loved every bit of it. The breakfast and happy hour really made it just a pampering experience!

The building is under construction, no valet. Only one working elevator and broke. Had to take the stairs to breakfast, check in and check out through 6 flights of stairs. Hall for breakfast had no a/c and the pull out couch was extremely loud and uncomfortable. A/C unit was making loud noises all night and could not rest. Definitely upsetting!
