Everything was very nice except for the elevators. There’s only three for a 40 story hotel.

Great stay, comfortable room and friendly staff. Only downside was that there are three elevators for 40 floors so they took a while. It was quicker to just take the stairs to and from the 10th floor, but I’m sure I’d feel differently if I was higher!

The elevator situation is absolutely awful. Also, the shower had no separate area and did not drain. The water just soaked the whole bathroom. Bad experience
