For some reason, this hotel will not add points to my Hilton club card. I was told if you don’t book through the Hilton website you can’t get credit as a diamond club member this is unacceptable.

Checkin staff was lovely. Cleanliness could be better. Saw hair in multiple places in the bathroom upon check in.

Awakened at 7:30am to gunshots outside. Then upon trying shower, the shower/tub lever wasn’t functioning properly with water coming out of both the shower head and the tub fill faucet at the same time. Limited pressure.
