This was a nice hotel. We paid an additional $30 to upgrade the room upon arrival, but the stay itself and location was nice. So was the staff

My room was dirty — hair in shower etc. The resort fee is insane especially if you aren’t utilizing the amenities— half of which weren’t even communicated to me. It was $6 for a plain drip coffee, which when I asked to transfer to takeaway and if they do refills, I was told no. Kind of nuts for a paying hotel guest.
