Jake at the Front Desk is top-notch!! Best service at any Front Desk that I have ever had!!!

Room was 80 degrees when we arrived at 9:00 pm. Maintenance man tried to fix it but he didn’t speak English and I don’t know what he said but I slept with the window open which was pretty scary but I had no choice as it was hot in there.
