Room was great. View was great. Desk service was great. Not so great was when I found $1,000 missing from my wallet that I left in the room during my stay.

The room key card did not open the door and had to wait for maintenance before we could access room. Room tired looking. Check out, they "accidentally " added $81 additional to credit card. good thing I asked for a receipt. Our building that was not accessible.so had to take luggage cart in attached building to get room.
