Especially grateful to Sade, the receptionist for her thoughtful checkin. She got me in early with no issues. Beautiful lobby and a clean and comfortable room.

Front desk increibly rude, could not find reservation, took 25 min to check in, dirty room, busted up tv and front desk would not respond to requests to replace it or fix the situation. I will never stay here again and would like my money back. Absolutely horrible experience.
