Hotel was in a great location with easy access to subways! The room was spacious with a gorgeous view. Customer service was fantastic. We will be returning again!

Overall a great place with a great location and amenities including free laundry and water bottles for the road. I was a bit disappointed that the rooftop lounge was under renovations and did not see this posted on HT or the hotel’s website.

My room was entered by a hotel staff person unauthorized and my belongings were clearly rummaged through. When reporting to staff, they were dismissive. I’ll be filing a police report later today.
