First, the room was just as pictured. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The shuttle was clean and very convenient. For My future trips to Baltimore, I will select this hotel.

The room was kept at a freezing temperature and there was no way to raise the heat so I had to wear my sweater in bed and still did not sleep well. Other than that it was good.
