This is the epitome of luxury service. From the valet to the cleaning staff, everyone was polished and professional. You can’t beat the location as you’re steps away from some of the best shopping and dining in Chicago. Highly highly recommend.

loved our stay, and staff was super helpful, except we called for room service, and they never came. also, we asked if there was any thing special for anniversary decor, and all they could do was send macaroons.
