Great location and super friendly staff!! Very comfy and clean beds, lots of conveniently located outlets. Decent gym. Great tea / coffee / water station in the lobby. The bathrooms in the room were a little disappointing .. had to wait about 10-15 minutes before water got even warm and floors were pretty sticky with cleaning solution.

Incredible service. Morgan Stanley booked nearly every room in the hotel so my reservation was bumped up to a larger room with a corner view. Even without the serendipity, Barnes is easily one of the best hotels off of Union Square.

The room smells foul. The bed is uncomfortable. There was luke warm water. It’s actually worse than a days inn. The staff was very friendly.
