Bathroom a bit small but room with street view was nice. The women at the front desk and valet guy were helpful and friendly. No elevator so be prepared to carry your bags

The room was on. Only “window” was a skylight in bathroom. Restaurant was very busy but food was just ok. Drinks were better. Decorations all around are pretty nice too. The staff are the real prize here.

The woman that checked us in walked us up 3 flights of stairs to show us our door and make sure our key worked - a first at any hotel. It was clean and the staff was so friendly. Great restaurant attached to the hotel and great area in San Juan.
