The front desk agent was not very friendly and also not very helpful when we asked about upgrading our room. Later that evening we were able to speak to a new customer service agent and we were placed in a very large very beautiful room and we’re very happy with that.

There isn’t a fitness center on-site but you have access to guest passes at a nearby athletic club that is awesome. The property is dated but the double room was spacious and comfortable.
