The staff are very courteous and helpful. Shaquille was wonderful, he made sure we had a great stay! The 24hr pool and hot tub were my son's delight!! definitely recommend!!!

The desk clerk couldn’t find our reservation at first but patiently figured it out! Kudos for not giving up. Very nice. Free hot breakfast buffet was awesome!

For some reason they couldn’t find my reservation very late at night and check-in took a full 20 minutes. Also, maintenance started banging on something with a hammer outside my room at about 8am.
