The hotel was really nice, modern finishes with friendly staff.

Staff charged me upon check in despite me explaining I had already paid. I knew this meant I would have to follow up or dispute. They caught this during my stay, refunded me, but throughout made me feel like I had done something wrong and were not apologetic or professional at all.
