Customer service was excellent! Really above and beyond. They facilitated my shuttle connection at the airport and check-in was fast and smooth. Everyone at the reception was incredibly friendly, which is much appreciated. The entire hotel is very clean, the room is a great size in the bed was very comfortable. Great place to crash next to Newark.

For $99 you don't expect a lot but the room was clean, the bed comfortable and the cable package was good.

Tired hotel… they tried to update furnishings, but it was a bit of lipstick on a pig. The carpet in my room was crunchy, so there clearly had been a water incident in the past
