Loved having windows that open for fresh air sleeping! Room was spacious, comfortable and included a lot of special touches which incorporated the name (Graduate)…our key card was replicated from Stephen Colbert’s high school id card - fun. Great area close to lake, shops, and Chicago

The elevator is currently out of service. The hotel uses a text messaging system to respond to guest inquiries but it isn’t well monitored. Service is definitely rough around the edges but the facilities, room and location were fantastic.

Elevator was broken …room on 4th floor but they were acting like it’s no big deal and had no working ahead of time
