Super helpful staff. Spacious room for Manhattan, and very quiet. Love that breakfast is included, with more than just a piece of pastry (the overnight oats are excellent). Great location close to both downtown and Times Square, with a subway stop only minutes away. Will definitely book again!

Room was next to massive HVAC unit. Couldn’t sleep at all. When I reported the issue to the reception they offered 2 bottles of water!!!! At $600/night it was a complete joke
