The check-in was completely messed up. Front desk could not operate the computers. The Valet service is a disaster, they scratched my vehicle all along the garage entry kiosk and then tried to deny it while other guests were watching it happen. The bar service is inattentive. Whomever is operating this place is lazy and inattentive.
