Truly a phdnkmal experience from checking jn with the lovely front desk team, to meeting the wonderful team at the pool with Sydney managing alongside servers Desiree and Freddie. Truly an awesome experience.

Hyde beach is supposed to be open everyday at 12. It was closed every day. It took 30 minutes for someone to serve me water at the pool. There is only 1 small working elevator that they had the staff and service use as well. Constant construction by the pool and the manger Carlos was very rude
