The location of this hotel is superb (former Sheraton). As a native Pasadenian, I was so impress their meticulous renovations and attention to details embracing the old Pasadena history! The service was amazing, everyone was very polite and helpful. Rooms were clean. Absolutely loved our stay!

1). TV did not work at all. Called for service . They just said sorry happens all the time, nothing they can do. 2) got a bill saying I requested late check out for $75, I never did I left the hotel at 7am. 3) small shop they have in the front was missing some key items you would expect at a hotel like this
