The room was definitely BASIC. That's what we paid for. The shower water was nowhere near hot, low pressure, and the shower head was mounted way too low. You need to do gymnastics to get your whole body rinsed.

The room was cold and he was cranked to 90 but it was not working my husband, and I and my daughter had to cuddle in the same bed to keep warm and the facilities were disgusting. Then my daughter fell outside of the hotel and tripped over the ice that they had not removed.
