Room was clean and everything worked for the most part( the drains were slow). However, my card taken for incidentals was charged a small amount, while there was no one available at check out for any receipt. My CC company reversed the charge, but tarnished what was a nice stay.

Our first room smelled moldy, we asked to change and the lady was very nice about it. The other room smelled better but it didn’t feel clean. Carpets were heavily stained in the room and the hallways.
