The room was clean but as soon as you open the door there was a terrible musty smell and also smelled like pets.

This is the second time we have stayed here. First time was just fine. This time after we got into the room and kind of settled in, we noticed that they had not cleaned the toilet and it was nasty. Other than that, it was a good stay.
